At NotebookTherapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and journaling essentials. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please keep your tracking number until the return has been officially processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned stationery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
